At Char-Griller, we want you to look as hot as our grills; if your apparel or accessories don't fit perfectly, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all Char-Griller branded tags and labels are intact.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
